using a hardware killswitch does not change the applet status

svn revision 616 when disabling BT using a hardware killswitch, it will produce an icon change. but the applet still thinks that it's enabled. you will see in the menu: - Bluetooth: ON - Turn off bluetooth the other menu items instead works as if they know if the bluetooth is on or off.
