Description Murat Güneş 2009-04-17 11:22:13 UTC
This enhancement request was filed in the Ubuntu bug tracker at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/362798 :

"I would like to request the following feature:

-Let's suppose I have two folders in my desktop: Folder A and Folder B.
-I want to move one file from Folder A to Folder B. So I opper Folder A.
-I drag the file to the Desktop button in the location bar, and hold it for a couple seconds.
-The desktop opens in the same window, and I can take the file to Folder B.

This could also work when dragging to folders, or even the back / forward / up buttons."
