Please describe the problem:
I am seeing this problem sibnce updating from 2.22.3 to 2.24.3, both using xulrunner-1.9 backend.



Steps to reproduce:
1. Type "pu" in location bar


Actual results:
The following URLs are shown in this order:
ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/MandrivaLinux/devel/cooker/SRPMS/main/release/
http://meneame.net/ 
http://blogs.publico.es/vergara/
http://www.publico.es/ -> this is what I was expecting to be the first, because it starts by "pu"

Expected results:
I would expect get at first URLs starting by the letters I type
