GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 575911
Add 'Rule of fifths' crop guide overlay
Last modified: 2010-06-24 16:52:08 UTC
Hi! While GIMP already have the options "center lines", "rule of thirds", and "golden sections" for guidelines (when using the selection tools), it would be nice if it could also has the diagonal method (see http://www.diagonalmethod.info/ for more info), a grid overlay, triangle and also the golden spiral (see http://pendery.org/photography/october-2007/lightroom-11-12-crop-overlay-aid-composition.htm for all of them). Thank you very much!
Hi! That was recently added. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 566443 ***
Oh sorry you were requesting more methods than the diagonal one.
Please provide a patch then.
