Please describe the problem:
When I open the price editor and press the "Get Quotes" button it fails to retrieve online quotes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Price Editor 
2. Press "Get Quotes" button
3. observe list of securities that the program was unable to get


Actual results:
Nothing.  GnuCash fails gracefully but no quotes are updated.

Expected results:
A new price with today's quote should be available for all of my securities.

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
It used to work and it just stopped working recently.
