3. Start Gimp

You are probably just too impatient. What if you wait for 2 hours? Does it finish in 2 hours?

No I don't think so. Becuase i give Gimp now ca 1 hour but nothing happen. Only the follow message stand all the time at the screen:
"The program is not right performed on the basis of a Problem. The program will be close and you will be notified if a solution be available."
And there is a second factor:
My RAM-load go up as long as Gimp load but as the message came on the screen the RAM-load don't go up more.
p.s.: I apologize for my bad English because i'm not from England.

Hmm I think there's a bug report about this already...

It stops working when you add 152 brushes. Do a binary search and see if you can pin point a particular brush that is the problem.

Also, what's the file size of all brushes combined together? If you only add half the files, does it work?
Comment 4 John 2008-10-25 16:17:14 UTC
File size: 216MB
Yes if work, if i only add half the files. It halt only a littl bit.
Comment 5 Sven Neumann 2008-10-26 15:49:39 UTC
How much RAM do you have? I think you are simply adding more brushes than your machine is able to handle. This would basically be a duplicate of bug #330099 then.
