Please describe the problem:
drag and drop functionality with other applications does not work, e.g. text or link (for bugzilla plug-in) d-n-d. this problem occurs both ways from and to a note.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open notepad
2. open a new note and write something
3. mark the text and drag-n-drop to notepad

or

1. open firefox and load a page
2. open a note
3. drag-n-drop the url to the note

Actual results:
nothing.

Expected results:
that the texts or urls inserted to the draged application

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
this also impacts the standard bugzilla plugin.
