New encoding profiles created with the "Preferred format: Edit" button do
not immediately appear in Rhythmbox's popup menu.  You must restart Rhythmbox to see these profiles.  This is not intuitive and confusing. 
Rhythmbox should immediately re-read the gnome-audio-profile list from GConf
upon closing the child window.
