In nautilus left panel, we can switch between "places", "tree", "informations"...

It's not very user-friendly, the user has to do 2 clicks to change from "places" to "tree", then he do some stuff, and it has to do 2 more clicks to change from "tree" to "places".
It would be great if it would be possible to have both on the same screen.

I don't know how. Maybe the ability to open more (2 or 3) panels (like in dolphin/kde4), maybe a more complex panel (places+tree, places+tree+information).
(because for the moment, information is totally useless, nobody will choose "information" if it implies that it hides "places" or "tree")
