Description reb 2001-05-14 12:54:49 UTC
Package: control-center
Severity: normal
Version: 1.0
Synopsis: screensaver power manager broke
Bugzilla-Product: control-center
Bugzilla-Component: general

Description:
The screensaver's power manager no longer seems to work.
Going to Programs->Settings->Desktop->Screensaver.  Click
the "Use power manager". Screensaver is set to start after
5 minutes. Set "Shutdown monitor 10 minutes after screesaver
starts." The screensaver starts after 5 minutes. The monitor
never powers down no matter how long you wait. The setting
values make no difference.

This did work until I upgraded to the red-carpet release. Let me
know if I can be of further help in tracking down this bug.
