The sequence used was:

Control Center ->
  Desktop -> 
    Screensaver ->

      Screen Saver
             Pipes

      Screen Saver Settings
        Start After 1 minutes
        x Require password

        Priority
          Low                x                High
 
        x Use power management
        Shutdown monitor 1 minutes after screen saver has started.
