Please describe the problem:
The menu "Datei - Neu" has an entry "Neue Konto-Hierarchie" as well "Neue Kontenhierarchie...".  I believe, "Neue Konto-Hierarchie" should not really be here at all, but under "Ansicht"/"View" and a better translation IMHO would be "Neue Ansicht" and "Kontenhierarchie hinzufügen"

Steps to reproduce:
1. start gnucash as "LC_ALL=de_DE.utf8 gnucash"
2. open the menu "Datei - Neu" which corresponds to "File - New"
3. look through the menu entries in that submenu
