I just deleted my trash, and for some reason it effected the messages that I have in my inbox.  In my inbox the correct subject line and sender is displaying, but the message is mapped to an old message that was deleted.  I need help Please!!!

Looks like your trash mbox is corrupted. Either delete the summary and recreate it, you might just loose just one corrupted mail or edit your mbox file to remove the corrupted data.
