the bug has been opened on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/163412

"1. Created a new activator on the desktop.
2. Didn't changed the default icon during creation.
3. Put command "gnome-screenshot --windo" (I made a typo)
4. Opened the activator's properties
5. Clicked icon button to choose an icon, selected some .png file
6. Changed tab to this one, where I can change the commandline to fix a typo
7. Changed anything in the commandline, during key press my activator lost its icon"
