What were you doing when the application crashed?
I was downloading  a program in the download manager. I paused the download to check some mail account settings and when I resumed the download, it said te file was done(i had about 1 gig out of 3 gig downloaded now had to start all over). This is twice it happened to me downloading the same file (artistx-0.4-gnome_live_dvd_iso
