Please describe the problem:
the new plguin that reminds you that in the mail you talk about an attatchment but you doesn't include anyone has to be translatable

if not, for all non-english speakers can't use it and have to manually set them, if we can provide a initial set of them (maybe, the english ones and the ones from the language) the user experience will improve a lot

gil, please feel encouraged to comment on 476474 if you have an idea how to mark gconf *values* as translatable, or any workaround. :-/
