I can confirm this with revision 19269 of gkt+ trunk

it only applies to the "save as" dialog, not to the "save" dialog

setting target 2.22

I get this behavior with gedit, but not with glade and firefox. Are we sure it's a gtk+ bug, and not a bug with applications that forget to track the current_name?
Comment 7 André Klapper 2008-01-02 23:49:34 UTC
i do get this bug with firefox here on fedora 7.
Comment 8 Emmanuele Bassi (:ebassi) 2008-01-02 23:57:11 UTC
I've tried following the steps with gedit, epiphany and evolution, and I cannot reproduce it.

gtk+ 2.12.0 on ubuntu gutsy.
