Magnifier will not show the unlock screen dialog if it is running without composite enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure the Composite extension is not enabled.
2. Start magnifier in half screen mode.
3. Lock the screen.
4. Move mouse/press keyboard to call unlock screen dialog.

Expected result:
Unlock screen dialog should be shown in magnified screen.

Actual result:
Unlock screen dialog is not shown in magnified screen.

Additional info:
This bug is not visible if Composite extension is enabled.

Assigning bug to gnome-screensaver product, since gnome-mag have the needed interface to other applications that use windows that have the override redirect property raise the magnifier window.

The interface available for this is the LoginHelper interface, documented here: http://www.gnome.org/~billh/at-spi-idl/html/classAccessibility_1_1LoginHelper.html
