Steps to reproduce:
0) Open evo
1) Press F9
This sends/retrieves mail, which opens a status window that's transient to the parent window. That window gets focused.
3) Try to iconify window with Alt-F9

Actual results:
Doesn't work. The focus is on the send/receive window which doesn't allow iconify. After using Alt-Tab to focus the main evo window, Alt-F9 works to iconify the main evo window together with the transient window.

So the request here is to make Alt-F9 while the transient, no-iconify window is focused, iconify the transient window's parent window (and the transient with it).

I thought there was another bug about this, but the closest I can find is bug 315115.  That is pretty close, though, so I'll just modify that bug slightly to include this (the non-modal dialog) case as well.
