Arrange icons does not arrange icons around a Menu panel

This might also apply to other panels (untested) * REPRODUCIBLE: Always * STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Make a menu panel, and select arrange icon, the icons are moved *behind* the menu panel * ACTUAL RESULTS: Icons are behind the menu panel * EXPECTED RESULTS: Arranged icons around the menu panel, so that None ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2001-02-19 16:20:27 ---- Pretty sure this is a duplicate of another bug that was just filed.
