I want to be able to attach a file to an email message in Netscape by dragging a
file from Nautilus into the Netscape attach window.

* REPRODUCIBLE: Always

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Open a new message in netscape and click on the attachment tab.  Drag a file
from Nautilus into the attachment window.

* ACTUAL RESULTS: 

 Nothing happens.

* EXPECTED RESULTS: 

  The file should appear in the attachment window, and hence, be attached to the
file when you send it.

Using Netscape Communicator 4.75
