Description dpizzagoni 2007-06-14 15:27:57 UTC
What were you doing when the application crashed?
Just trying to open my "Sent Items" folder. I am now unable to open the folder at all, without Evolution crashing. I'm going to try to access the folder from Outlook on a Windows XP box. Maybe if I open it with another app and save, it'll do something to correct the error Evolution is having with the folder.

The last thing I did before I had the problem was clicking on an e-mail that was an acceptance to a meeting request.

I use Evolution Connector to access e-mail, calendar and tasks on a Microsoft Exchange server.

I was unable to correct this problem by logging in through Outlook, and making changes to the "Sent Items" folder. I even made a different folder and moved everything from "Sent Items" to the new folder. Still had the problem.

I was only able to correct the problem by moving my entire .evolution subdirectory under my home directory, and re-launching the program (which created a new .evolution subdirectory). I had to copy over my signature file from the old .evolution subdirectory, but other than that, no other problems.
