Please describe the problem:
This is quite an accessibility issue. On a computer with a resolution of 800x600 with top and bottom panels, the buttons to control the wizard aren't visible. The window should be resizable, and for usability purposes, should have a more reasonable default size.

Steps to reproduce:
1. 800x600 resolution or less
2. top and bottom panels (not always req)
3. open evolution for the first time


Actual results:
the wizard pops up, but you can't see the damn buttons.

Expected results:
the wizard pops up, and you can see the buttons

Does this happen every time?
