Can't open files (by clicking on them directly) that are in folders with special characters such as 'c:\toto\@myfiles\the 1st experiment\myfile.xls', but succeed in opening them from the file menu of gnumerics.

Nor can't open files with special characters such as 'c:\toto\angle 4 août.xls'

Error message says c:\toto\angle 4 aôut.xls: No such file or directory
