GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 41737
disable zoom for desktop
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
We meant to do this in the first place, we just haven't done it yet. If we had zooming on the desktop, we would have all sorts of interesting user interface questions. ------- Additional Comments From sullivan@eazel.com 2000-07-26 13:07:44 ---- Note that bug 41789 is about making zoom work on the desktop, so we have to do either that one or this one, but not both. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-08-16 10:17:05 ---- Look at bug 41789's dependencies for a list of bugs we'd have to fix if we wanted to support zooming on the desktop. ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2000-10-16 19:32:28 ---- Batch-assigning QA ownership of remaining bugs to eli@eazel.com ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-01-01 20:09:25 ---- Verified fixed in Jan 1st 2001 build. Specifically, no zooming occurs after I: 1. Clicked on the Desktop 2. Tried the Ctrl+'=' and Ctrl+'-' keyboard shortcuts --- Darin, if there's more to verifying this bug than those simple steps, please add your commentary. Thanks! ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-09-09 20:33 ------- The original owner (engber@eazel.com) of this bug does not have an account here.
