GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 402517
Evolution crashes when Replying or Forwarding a message
Last modified: 2007-02-18 01:10:03 UTC
Please describe the problem: When the Reply, Reply to All, or Forward button is pressed Evolution will crash. Evolution is connected to an MS Exchange server and the messages can be downloaded and viewed without a problem. It crashes on any message you try to perform the above actions on. Steps to reproduce: 1. Connect and authenticate to Exchange server through Evolution. 2. Press Reply, Reply to All, or Forward when Evolution is connected to Exchange server. Actual results: Evolution crashes and/or stalls and the Force Quit application prompts you to kill the process. Also, on a couple of occasions I have had the need to kill the processes through the command line. Expected results: Does this happen every time? Yes Other information: Memory status: size: 72122368 vsize: 0 resident: 72122368 share: 0 rss: 18042880 rss_rlim: 0 CPU usage: start_time: 1170169179 rtime: 0 utime: 168 stime: 0 cutime:130 cstime: 0 timeout: 38 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 0 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/libexec/evolution-exchange' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
