Description Rafal Lichwala 2006-11-22 09:48:03 UTC
Please describe the problem:
While copying some files and/or directories between panels, "Follow Links" option does not work at all.
When I check it (turn on) symlinks (for files and directories) are still copied as symlinks and not as regular files or directories (with the whole contents).
I'm using version 1.2.0 and Ubuntu 6.10 OS.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a directory with some symlinks to files and other directories
2. try to copy whole this directory to another location
3. check "Follow Links" option before copying

Actual results:
directory has been copied but this copy still contains symlinks - not regular files/directories

Expected results:
directory has been copied and this new one contains regular files and directories which are the copies of original ones pointed by symlinks... I hope you know what I mean... ;)

Does this happen every time?
Yes
