This string still shows in English, but I dont know how to fix it. Can anybody help?

Is there anything to translate in this? _("''")); Can't this be just "''" ?

The patch looks fine other wise.

Seems to work fine for me with actual master (~2.30.0) and 
  $ LANG=cs_CZ.utf8 evolution
