Description of the crash:
This occurs after each successful print job.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1.  print a document
2.  wait for dialog box
3.  tell it to close

Expected Results:
That this dialog box doesn't appear.

How often does this happen?
Everytime I print something

Additional Information:
I did specify that the printer print a "standard Banner page
