Please describe the problem:
If I try to open any image in GIMP I get a error that appears contiuosly and takes many tries to close. The popup reads "There is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into drive D:." After closing the popop it will apper agian shortly until you close the open file window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select from the bar abve the toolbox, File > Open
2. Try to go through the files

Actual results:
A popup continuosly appears saying "There is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into drive D:."

Expected results:
Nothing happens if you press continue or try again on the message, you must close the popup many times for it to only temporarily leave.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:

The GIMP 2.2 installer for windows should require a more uptodate version of GTK+. A lot of duplicate bug reports that only steal precious time could be avoided by this.

Or maybe it is bug 168156.
