I'd like Escape to close a chat window (or chat notebook page).

Attached patch does this.

Thanks for your work, but please use C-w or the close button for this instead. The bug #336582 is related and has some discussion about this. (Short story, esc means cancel and should ideally only be used for that, although we are using it for closing dialogs in a more general way, at least when dialogs have a cancel or close button. Not for non-dialog windows though.)
