Description Fernando Munoz 2006-05-29 23:46:58 UTC
Well, The issue is, I was moving several files, but it seems like I had a
previous copy of one of those files in destination folder, nautilus confirmation
dialog is not showing me the full name of the file that is going to be replaced,
instead of showing the full path for the file, it should only show the file
name. Check this screenshot http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/5307/bug5cw.png

Comment 1 Sergej Kotliar 2006-05-30 10:24:09 UTC
Yeah... I would argue that the location is also important, but all of the file name should probably be shown...
Comment 2 Fernando Munoz 2006-05-31 02:37:40 UTC
Yea, The full path is important too, but since this is a 'modal' dialog you can always check the path in the address bar. How ever you can't see the filename anywhere else.
Comment 3 Fernando Munoz 2006-07-16 02:35:45 UTC
this dialog is affected too http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/9545/screenshotnh6.png so, I have no idea of which one is the file with the problem, I guess that i should find /media/hda5/ -iname "*loro.htm" but (fails)

maybe it should use another gtk widget to be able of showing the full path and the full name of the file.

This is OBSOLETE, as the File Transfer dialog has been redone in 2.21 and this does not happen anymore.
