Description Elijah Newren 2006-05-05 01:02:22 UTC
This will be a bug for ICCCM and EWMH compliance issues. Cross-desktop compatibility issues that aren't quite ICCCM or EWMH violations/unimplemented-areas should not go here (since that's what the EWMH specification component is all about), but we may cheat a little on small things.

114384 Implement startup notification launcher spec
120406 Urgent "flashing" support for titlebar
148364 Support _NET_(MOVERESIZE|STACK)_WINDOW
322840 Synthetic ConfigureNotifys and MapRequests
326008 New lib to make it easier to fix focus-stealing-bugs in apps (cf. 149028)
328078 Extended activation spec w.r.t. workspaces
328080 New startup sequence -> "new launch" of window

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/metacity/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
