Please describe the problem:
Newly added audio-profiles do not immediately showup in the list. They only
appear after restarting Sound Juicer

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Sound Juicer
2. Open preferences
3. Click 'edit profiles'
4. Add a new profile
5. Close the 'edit profiles' window
5. Try to find the new profile in the list


Actual results:
The new profile is missing in the profiles list.

Expected results:
The new profile should appear in the list

Does this happen every time?
