when you start typing something on the location bar, the order of the results is unclear.

-Bookmarks should appear on top. Or at the bottom. Now they just show on the middle and I can't figure the reason.

-Last visited / most visited URLs should appear on top. Now they don't, and I don't know why.

-Every URL that corresponds to a bookmark should only appear by its bookmark form, not both of them.

Changing the title of this bug to drop the second part. The second part is covered by bug 323903.
