Description lexual 2006-02-08 11:45:21 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Apologies if this is a duplicate of 319758, but I wasn't sure if it was talking
about exactly the same thing.

The problem is that if a downloaded is cancelled halfway and then later
downloaded, instead of resuming the previous download, it starts from the start
all over again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. begin downloading a podcast episode.
2. before the download has completed, cancel it.
3. now, again try to download the episode.

Actual results:
The episode is downloaded from the beginning all over again.

Expected results:
the download should pick up from where it left off.

Does this happen every time?
yes

Although the cause is different (cancelled downloads vs crashes), it's basically the same and will get fixed by the same thing. Thanks for reporting it anyway.
