Please describe the problem:
i prefer attanche some screenshots, cause i dont really know what happen wrong :)
It could be the same proble as reported on bug 329859 – error during ext2
resizing (/dev/sda).

Does this happen every time?
doesn't seem to ! It happens when i try to shrink the ntfs partition, but not
when i try to enlarge it !!!!
and so far i remember the bug 329859 (– error during ext2 resizing (/dev/sda))
happened when trying to shrink too !!!

but it doesn't happen each time ! I have enlarged and shrink 4 times, and i get athe error two times.

Hi Larry, i need the complete error output, or at least the relevant part (with the error icon )

You could also try the same operation from the livecd to see of the automount problem has anything to do with it.

ok most likely a known issue with automounting.
