When I've got a photo zoomed in so that parts of it are off the screen in Edit
mode, it would be nice to be able to drag with the middle mouse button to move
the viewport around. This is a common interface design for image-editing
software (both GIMP and Inkscape do it this way, and I'm sure there are many
others) and so it's what users will naturally expect. At least, it's what I
expected...
