Please describe the problem:
I use Dia to draw figure and export it to PsTricks file with a .tex extension. 
I can include this generated file in my main latex file and it works well under 
Miktex 2.3. However, the generated file cannot work with Miktex 2.4.

Though you are not giving terribly much information this sounds
a lot like the issue in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143414

If it is something different some TeX error message may be useful.
If it is the same: do you have any idea to fix Dia's output for
both pstricks versions?

Assuming the same issue. Better duplicate than needsinfo.
If you have new information feel free to un-duplicate.
