Description Richard Jelinek 2004-05-30 20:48:02 UTC
1) Create any text that contains "&" -> It is not escaped and latex fails
   on that
2) Any pstricks-exported dia won't run with the newest (0.97 pl15) pstricks
package. Error:

! Illegal unit of measure (pt inserted).
<to be read again>
                   -

It seems it doesn't like the "-" in \scalebox{1.000000 -1.000000}

With an older version of pstricks, it did draw something, but text and lines
were "disjoint".

Not actually a dup of #112377, see mail
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/dia-list/2005-April/msg00050.html.

So this (2) from above) used to work with earlier versions?
Is there any way to check the package version from the TeX
source? If not we would have to decide if we want to support
the older version or a newer one. Maybe the TeX pstricks
maintainers should reconsider their change.
Questions over questions - hardly major severity. I'm
even tempted to make this NEEDINFO

This bug was reported against a version which is not supported any more. Developers are no longer working on this version so there will not be any bug fixes for it.
Can you please check again if the issue you reported here still happens in a recent version of GNOME and update this report by adding a comment and adjusting the 'Version' field?

Again thank you for reporting this and sorry that it could not be fixed for the version you originally used here.

Without feedback this report will be closed as INCOMPLETE after 6 weeks.
