When RB scan for new tracks to add in tthe Library, the status bar increase.

Yeah, sorry.

The heigth of status bar grows up and become normal while the progressbar gives indication that Rhythmbox is scanning for new tracks.

I think the height of progressbar should stay as minimal as possible to avoid modification of the size of the statusbar.
