1. Open any png file in workspace 0 from a command prompt, 
  Eg:'eog /usr/share/pixmaps/apple-green.png' 
2. eog comes up with an 'apple-green.png' file in it.
3. Logout and login with save session.

Observation and bug: Upon login as same user, only EOG comes up.
Image which was open doesn't come up.

I confirm this with EOG 2.13.x.
