When adding a new GMAudio profile to specify a new sink/format to rip to, any
additions or deletions made with with the "Edit profiles" dialog do not become
active (ie they are unable to be selected in the main preferences dialog or
remain here even after being deleted) without restarting sound juicer.

This is a gnome-media widget, so SJ can't do anything here.  Re-assigning to
gnome-media.
