Description Jaap A. Haitsma 2005-06-17 22:02:20 UTC
Now evince always use thumbnails if you startup evince with a sidepane. I
generally prefer the index. So I always need to change it :-(
I suggest just saving the setting before exiting evince

This bug is related to bug 168285 which wants to remember all settings per document

But I think to just remember the last setting is still useful then for the cases
where you startup evince without a document

Jaap, let's make this bug dup of 168285, I think we'll fix it soon.

Today I discovered that at the top left corner, there is a text field that I can edit to select the element of the index that I want to jump. This solved my problem.
