Description of the crash:
Gnome-panel crashes when changing Menu and Toolbar Preferences.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Click System > Menu and Toolbar Preferences...dialog opens.
2. Uncheck 'Show icons in menus'
3. Error occurs (gnome-panel) crash

Expected Results:
No crash. :)

How often does this happen?
First time for me.
