Some of the strings in evolution is not displayed in Danish, even though they
are translated. Evolution is fully translated to Danish according to:
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.10/da/desktop/index.html

The strings are:

2. outgoing
3. Trash
4. Mailing _List (and all strings bellow it)
5. Subject or Sender contains
6. Important
7. Work
8. Personal
9. To Do
10. Later

targetted for 2.2.
