1. Open a composer window.
2. Type Катя <email@host> in To:.
3. Right-click and select "Add to contacts"
The appearing dialog has =?koi8-r?Q?=EB=C1=D4=D1?= in the Name field, it
should have Катя in it.

How? When I save the message from the composer window, I just get a
HTML file with the message body; the To: line is not in it.
