Description of Problem: Add options to delete or merge duplicate contacts
in address book.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Edit existing contact and change the display name, email, etc.
2. A dialog pops up stating that the contact already exists
3. Some very handy functionality would be options there to merge or delete
the duplicate contact.

How often does this happen? 
Given the size of my address book, pretty bloody often ;)

Additional Information:
Just a wish item. Due to syncing my palm, adding contacts while on the
road, etc., I often wind up with duplicates in the address book. I'm
basically just wanting something to make my use of evolution more
efficient. Plus, this would give evolution a step up on lookout, since it
also lacks this functionality without the use of 3rd party add-ins.
