It seems that vFolder don't update often enough. Therefore a
context-menu-entry 'Update vFolder' would be helpful.


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.

in order to destroy the UI component (as discussed with jpr and dobey), changing
component to mailer.

adding eplugin keyword (looking at a posting by notzed to the mailing list 
describing this here as a possible eplugin in the context menu of vfolders).

There is now a "Refresh" item in the context menu.
