Description tom quas 2004-04-16 07:33:42 UTC
Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
I have a thread of messages. Say, I step to the first reply and flag it. If
I collapse the thread, I cannot see any longer that there are flagged
messages in this thread.

Actual Results:
Flagged messages are invisible.

Expected Results:
I'd like to see a visual marker (different from the original flag, more
transparent maybe?) that tells me there are flagged messages in a
particular thread.

How often does this happen?
Always.

Additional Information:
Comment 1 André Klapper 2005-02-09 17:15:01 UTC
not seeing flags in collapsed threads is the same as bug 216271 (not
seeing unread messages in collapsed threads)

*** Bug 341396 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***

Bumping version to a stable release.
Comment 5 Tobias Mueller 2009-09-21 09:43:25 UTC
This is still an issue with Evo 2.28
Comment 6 André Klapper 2021-05-19 11:33:46 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
